A Little Background:

I am a native Clevelander, growing up in Lakewood. I was educated in the parochial schools and went on to receive undergraduate and graduate degrees in education--the latter with the emphasis in adult education. Subsequently, I received additional training and experience in communication and the dynamics of group process. With this training, I worked with small groups reflecting the spectrum of ethnic diversity in Northeast Ohio helping them elicit simple, clear goal statements reflecting their unique needs.

Additional courses in human resources and employee benefits management provided the opportunity to work for a corporate employer, the State of Ohio, and several non-profit entities. In the end, each position has afforded me the opportunity to work with adults in group settings, helping each participant honor their experience and use it when possible to move to the next phase of life and career.

Personal interests include sports, enjoying a variety of music, and reading as well as the Cleveland Art Museum, the Cleveland Orchestra and going out to eat with friends or family.
